“Golden Moment”

I like to begin my mornings by reflecting on the journey that has gotten me here. This photo is meaningful for me because it was one of the first photos that I took when I arrived in the UAE in 2016. This scene was captured with my first camera, a Canon Rebel T2i (Canon 550D), with an 18-200mm lens. When I saw this scene, I felt an uncontrollable draw. The light, timing, and composition were all perfect, and I promised myself that one day this image would be presented for everyone to see.

Fast forward to 2023, I entered this photo into the iBrand Connect competition with the theme "Discover the Beauty of UAE Through the Lens." To my delight, it was selected for an exhibition at Burjuman Mall, where it is still on display today.

This photograph portrays one of many visions I have when I gaze through my camera's viewfinder. It serves as a reminder to reflect on, appreciate, and celebrate the benefits of hard work and passion.
